I shook to the bones when Eston told me I'll be meeting with his family, it came to sudden and early. What if I messed up? To think its not just an ordinary family. They are the Baxter one of the richest family in the country. Would they like me or even accept me? What if i ended up creating a mess? I pray they give me a warm welcome since Eston said they invited me to come over themselves.
I made some cookies and cakes I'll take along then put it in a box designing it with a pink ribbon. After that I got dressed in a flower gown and black flat shoes, then pulled my hair up in a pony tail and just then I heard the door bell ring.
"Janelle get down here, that cute friend of yours is here" my mum's voice sounded from downstairs.
"Its time Janelle" I muttered then took the box of cookies and my purse before stepping out of the room.
I opened the front door and there he was leaning on the wall with his hands folded across his chest looking super handsome and hot in that black trousers and pink shirt and his hair that was curled up out of his face.
The sight of him almost made me slide to the ground and up till now it made me wonder if this guy is actually my boyfriend. It seems like its a movie.
He stood there staring at me too with his mouth slightly open as his gaze travelled round my body.
"Ehh hi" I spoke up. He smiled. That tantalizing smile that drove all my senses crazy. then spread his hands wide open motioning me to come for a hug. I smiled and slowly went into his arms and then he envelope me into a warm hug.
His body touching mine was so tense and delicious as his scent filled my nostrils.
Gosh..I so much love this guy.
"You are beautiful noodles" he wispered, his breath tickling my neck.
"You are handsome rock" I smiled.
"Are you ready?" he kissed my forehead. I nodded. "Did we decide to go on uniform today?" he chuckled.
"Hahaha I never knew you noticed" I caressed his chest.
"I notice everything about us noodles" he collected the box of noodles and my purse then he took my hand and led me to the car.
"What did you make?" he asked with his hands on the steering wheel as he stared the box of cookies on my laps.
"Cookies"
"Where did you get your lecture on how to steal people's heart?" he teased.
"Shut up Eston, its just cookies ok" I rolled my eyes. He chuckled.
"This is yours huh?" he dipped his ahdns into his pocket and brought out a white handkerchief.
Yes my missing handkerchief.
"Eston" I grabbed it from him staring at it as tears began to form in my eyes. "where did you get this?" I asked surprise.
"It was found in the pack of cookies my mum bought at Chipas restuarant, thats how I was able to locate you" he said.
"She.. She is your mum?" I looked up at him surprise.
"Yea, I was so happy when I saw Janelle on it, I should have returned it for long am so sorry am doing that....." he was saying but I interrupted him with a hug.
"Thank you Eston, this is a gift from my grandma before she died, I regretted loosing it" I said and pulled away cleaning the tears in my eyes.
"Oh is that the cause of your tears?" he raised an eyebrow at me.
"Am sorry for being so dramatic, thanks again" I told him.
"You know I have kept it all this while holding it to sleep and its like a goodluck to me since then" he said with a smile.
"Here keep it" I handed it to him.
"What? No" he pushed it back into my hand.
"Please just keep it, I want that goodluck to continue for you" I took his hand and shove the handkerchief in. He smilled and folded it in his palms then lean closer and kissed me.
Eston packed the car infront of a big black gingatic gate with the warning BEWARE OF DOGS.
The gate open automatically like a remote was used then closed back after Eston drove in.
As I stepped out of the car my mouth flew open. The inside was so magnificent. It was well furnished and painted in white and pink looking like a castle for kings and queen. A palm tree stood in the middle of the large compound with other decidous plant decorating it. In it was a fountain, a garden, a basketball court and lot more with a wide parking space and CCTV camera hanging around. A whole comunity can actually leave here.
"Wao Eston this place is awesome" I said glaring around.
"Yea" he nudge his shoulder like its nothing.
"Eston am nervous" I panicked.
"Relax, lets go in" he said dragging me in.
"Eston no wait" I pulled my hand away from his.
"Come on noodles, lets go in" he pointed to the front door.
"Eston am shaking right now ok? So wait up till this fear go away" I said sweating.
"Why dont I make it go away?" he took my hand and pulled me to himself.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Making it go away" he crashed his lips on mine with his hands behind me rubbing my back softly.

"Feeling better?" Eston pulled away and held my shoulder staring deep into my eyes. I nodded too numb to speak.
"Come on" he took my hand dragging me in.
My mouth flew open as we stepped into the sitting room.
"Close your mouth before a fly get in" Eston chuckled. I instanly closed my mouth and rolled my eyes.
"Ok take a sit I'll be back" he pecked my lips and left.
When he left my eyes roamed around the large sitting room that was painted in cream and green with strong pillars standing in each corner of the walls. The floor and walls were tiled sparkling so much. And each of the chairs and tables left in the large room were greatly designed. I really smell royalty.
"Janelle?" I heard a calm voice. It was Ruby standing up the stairs staring at me. "Ahh its Janelle" she screamed in delight rushing down and hugging me.
"Hi Ruby" I hugged her too.
"How have you?" she held my both hands smilling at me. Her beauty was exceptional, she was the same height with me, and has this cute set of teeth that lite up when she smiles, her blonde hair came down to her waist and halfy tiled in a messy bun with ocean blue eyes just like Eston
"Have been good Ruby, what about you?" I let out a smile.
"Fine too" she nudge her shoulder. "mum dad Janelle is here" she called out and I felt like covering her mouth with my both hands, she wont do this if she knew how nervous I am.
"Thats your handwork Ruby" Eston came out of the room with a young lady. The one I lost my handkerchief to at Chipas. His mum ofcourse, Ruby actually took after her in looks.
"Good you know" Ruby rolled her eyes.
"Good day mam" I bowed slightly.
"Hello beautiful am Mrs Tessy, come here" she spread her arms open and I went in and she hugged me.
"who do we have here?" I heard and looked up to see a tall huge man climbing down the stairs which I recognised to be Eston's dad.
"Daddy Its Janelle" Ruby announced.
"Good day sir" I let out a smile.
"Oh our dear Janelle how are you?" he came closer and wrapped his arms around my shoulder.
"Am fine sir" I replied.
"Am Mr Ronald Baxter. Eston really do have a nice pair of eyes to have choosen you" he teased. I blushed and my eyes met with Eston's he winked at me.
"Sure dad" he said. Everyone laughed.
"You got us something?" Mrs Tessy glared at the box on the table.
"Yes mam cookies," I smiled.
"So you are the girl I bought cookies from at the Chipas" It really taste good did you make this?" she asked.
"Yea" I smiled.
"Wao thats nice Janelle" Mr Ronald said.
"Mummy let me taste please" Ruby jumped like a baby.
"Wait first for you grand parent, there should be here ny now" Mrs Tessy replied and just then the door flew open.
"Whats the occasion we are about to miss?" two aged couples dressed in the same atire stepped in and I became nervous all over again.
"Grandpa, grandma" Ruby rushed to them hugging them and kissing their cheeks. They look so young to be called grandparent but they are anyways.
"Grannies" Eston chuckled.
"Welcome dad, mum" Mr and Mrs Baxter said unison hugging the couples.
"Janelle this is my grandma Layla and my grandpa Zac" Ruby introduced.
"Gooday grandpa, gooday grandma" I bowed.
"Oh Janelle, come" Grandpa Zac spread his hand open and shyly I went into them and hugged him.
"How are you dear?" Grandma Layla hugged me and pinch my cheeks smiling at me.
"Am fine grandma" I replied.
"You look awesome my dear" grandpa Zac said "my grandson has good eyes" he added.
"I just said the same thing" Mr Ronald added and everyone bursted into laughter. Including me, the family seem so easy to flow along with. I love them and thank God they love me too.
I stood by the kitchen sink grating fruit with grandma Layla as she told me alot of funny things like how she met her husband and when they had their first kiss. I laughed so hard at her funny remarks then Eston suddenly came and killed the Joy.
"Spend sometime with your husband grandma" he grabbed my hand running out of the kitchen while grandma kept yelling from the kitchen at how crazy her grandson could be to destroy such happy moment.
Eston took me upstairs to his room that was spacely finished and wide. It was painted white and blue shinning bright with neatness unlike other teenage boys room.
"Perfect time with you noodles"he hugged my waist from behind leaning his head on my shoulder, His cheeks rubbing mine.
"Eston" I called.
"Its cold, just a while." he muttered still hugging me.
"You have a guita?" my eyes flew to the guita on the bed.
"Yea"
"Wao" I rushed to his bed and grabbed the guita. "Play for me" I took his hand and sat him on the bed.
He started playing the guita flawlessy singing along with his eyes shut.
He look so cute like an angel in that postion.
I sat beside him and started running my hands through his hair softly, he smiled and open his eyes then lean his head on my laps looking up at me and touching my chin. "I love you noodles" he smiled.
